Are your products cruelty-free?

At Beautify, compassion is non-negotiable. Every product we create is 100% cruelty-free from concept to finished formula. We never test on animals, and we never work with suppliers who do. It’s part of our clean beauty commitment: makeup that’s kind to skin, and even kinder to the world.

Are your formulas vegan?

We know ingredients matter. That’s why many of our bestsellers are completely vegan, and we’re continuously innovating to bring you more plant-powered, performance-driven options. You’ll find clear icons on each product page to guide your selection.

Do you test for allergens?

All Beautify formulas are dermatologically tested and undergo rigorous safety checks before they reach your hands. We carefully formulate to reduce the risk of irritation, and list every ingredient transparently. If you have sensitivities, we recommend reviewing our full ingredient lists or speaking with your doctor for peace of mind.

Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it right away to get your beauty essentials to you as quickly as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately we'll do our best to catch it in time.

If it’s already on its way, no worries. You can still return it once it arrives. Our return process is simple, and domestic returns are always free.

Can I change my shipping address after I order?

If your order hasn't been packed or dispatched yet, we may be able to update your delivery address. Please get in touch with our customer support team within 12 hours of placing your order.

Is shipping free?

Enjoy free domestic shipping when your order total reaches £40 or more. For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery speed.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

While rare, delays or delivery issues can happen. If your tracking hasn’t updated or your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, just reach out. We’ll work with the courier and make things right as quickly as possible.
